I write to sort things out.  For as many times as I have been accused (even by myself) of overthinking things, I have gotten complimented for writing.  Sometimes more fun than reading.  More and more I’m coming to see it as thinking out loud….sort of.

Kind of scary that I sometimes speak the same way I write, stream of consciousness.  It has an odd kind of organization to it, most of the time.  When I was required to write from an outline I did okay, but it seemed stilted to me.  Probably used a lot of passive voice.  I guess people got tired of reading documents and reports written in passive voice because there seems to be less of it these days.  Active voice, first person is easier to read and, in a perfect world, easier to understand.

I don’t mind if you disagree, I just hope I’ve been clear in what I’ve said.

Thank You. Have been considering photo and remain undecided at this point. I admit your photo adds to a sense of visiting a friend to your site. I will take it under advisement. And look for a good photographer, my own work in that are is less than I would like it to be. Write on friend!
